1. General Studies
- Current Affairs: National and International events, scientific progress, awards, Indian languages, books, scripts, capitals, currencies, sports, and important events.
- India and its Neighbors: History, culture, and geography. The economic scenario and independence movement. Indian agriculture, natural resources, and Indian Constitution. State system and political system. Panchayati Raj and community development. Five-Year Plans, and Bihar’s contribution to the national movement.
2. General Science & Mathematics
- General Science: Questions will be of matriculation level covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Geography.
- Mathematics: Number systems, computation of whole numbers, decimals and fractions. It also includes relationships between numbers and fundamental arithmetic operations. Further, topics like percentage, ratio and proportion, average, interest, and profit and loss are covered.
3. Mental Ability
Analogy, similarity, and difference are crucial aspects. Spatial visualization and problem-solving skills are important too. Analysis, visual memory, and discrimination also play a role. Observation and relationship concepts are key. Arithmetical reasoning and arithmetical number series are essential. Coding and decoding are important skills.
