TNUSRB SI Notification 2025 Age Limit

Candidates must meet the specified age criteria to be eligible. The basic age limit is as follows:

  • General: Must be at least 20 years old and not exceed 30 years as on 01.07.2025 (born between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2005).

TNUSRB SI Notification 2025 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by the UGC or Government on or before the date of notification. The degree should have been obtained via one of the following patterns:

TNUSRB SI Syllabus

The written examination consists of two parts, with the syllabus broadly covering:

Part I – Tamil Language Eligibility Test

TNUSRB SI Notification 2025 Selection Process

The complete selection process for TNUSRB SI Recruitment 2025 is as follows:

  1. Written Examination:
    • Tamil Language Eligibility Test (Part I): This is a qualifying test where candidates must score at least 40% of the total marks.
    • Main Written Examination (Part II): Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks (35% for Open and 35% for Departmental candidates). Out of the candidates who qualify, only five times the number of notified vacancies (plus any additional candidates with equal marks) will be called for further stages.
  2. Certificate Verification:
    • Candidates must produce original documents along with photocopies for verification. Failure to present the required documents may lead to disqualification.
  3. Physical Tests:
    • Physical Measurement Test: (For Open candidates only; exempted for departmental candidates.)
