CISF Constable Tradesmen Recruitment 2025

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has outlined a comprehensive selection process for the CISF Constable Tradesmen Recruitment 2025. This multi-stage process is designed to assess candidates’ physical fitness, trade-specific skills, and overall suitability for the constable tradesman role. The selection stages are as follows:

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

   • Male Candidates: 1.6 km run to be completed in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
   • Female Candidates: 800 meters run to be completed in 4 minutes.

2. Physical Standard Test (PST):

   • Height and Chest Measurements:
     • Male Candidates:
       • General, SC, OBC: Height – 170 cm; Chest – 80-85 cm
       • Candidates from specific regions (e.g., Garhwalis, Kumaonese, Gorkhas, etc.): Height – 165 cm; Chest – 78-83 cm
       • Scheduled Tribes: Height – 162.5 cm; Chest – 76-81 cm
     • Female Candidates:
       • General, SC, OBC: Height – 157 cm
       • Candidates from specific regions: Height – 155 cm
       • Scheduled Tribes: Height – 154 cm

3. Documentation:

   • Verification of all essential documents, including educational certificates, age proof, caste certificates (if applicable), and other relevant credentials.

4. Trade Test:

   • Candidates will undergo a practical assessment specific to the trade they have applied for. This test evaluates the candidate’s proficiency and hands-on skills in their respective trade.

5. Written Examination:

   • Format: Objective-type questions.
   • Total Questions: 100
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Subjects Covered:
     • General Awareness/General Knowledge
     • Elementary Mathematics
     • Analytical Aptitude and Ability
     • Basic Knowledge of English/Hindi
   • Qualifying Marks:
     • General/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: 35%
     • SC/ST/OBC: 33%

6. Medical Examination:

   • Candidates who clear all the above stages will undergo a detailed medical examination to ensure they meet the medical standards set by CISF.
