Selection Process | Union Bank LBO Recruitment 2024

1. Online Examination:
  • The first stage of the selection process is an online exam.
  • It consists of 155 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 2 Letter & Essay writing questions.
  • Total duration: 210 minutes.

2. Language Proficiency Test:

  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the state they are applying for (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Exemption: If a candidate has a 10th or 12th marksheet/certificate showing they studied the local language, they do not need to take the test.
  • For those who need to take the test: It is qualifying in nature (no marks are added to the final score).

3. Interview:

  • Total marks allotted: 100.
  • Minimum qualifying marks:
    • 40% for general candidates.
    • 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.
  • The final selection is based on the weightage of the online exam and interview in an 80:20 ratio.
