1. Educational Qualifications

03	Senior Assistant (Electronics)	Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering. 2 years of relevant experience.
04	Junior Assistant (Fire Service)	10th pass + 3-year diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire OR 12th pass. Valid driving license (Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle).

2. Physical Standards (for Junior Assistant – Fire Service)

Height: Male – 167 cm, Female – 157 cm (relaxation for hilly areas)
Chest (Male): 81 cm (minimum expansion 5 cm)
Weight: Male – 55 kg, Female – 45 kg
Vision: 6/6 without glasses, normal color vision, no night blindness

AAI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Senior Assistant (Official Language, Accounts, Electronics)

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 2 hours
- Syllabus:
  - 50-70% questions related to educational qualifications
  - 30-50% questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude, and English
- Minimum Pass Marks: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC, 40% for SC/ST/PWD
Stage 2: Computer Literacy Test (Qualifying in nature)
Stage 3: Document Verification

2. Junior Assistant (Fire Service)

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 2 hours
- Syllabus:
  - 50% questions related to educational qualifications
  - 50% questions on General Knowledge, Aptitude, and English
- Minimum Pass Marks: 50% for UR/EWS/OBC, 40% for SC/ST
Stage 2: Physical Measurement, Medical Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- PET Tests: 100m Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60 out of 100
Stage 3: Basic Training Course (BTC) – 18 weeks (stipend of Rs. 25,000/month)
