Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Registration on Apprenticeship Portal
   • Visit the official National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal: www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
   • Click on the “Register” button on the homepage.
   • From the dropdown menu, select “Candidate” and proceed.
   • Fill in your basic details, such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
   • Submit the form to receive an auto-generated email for profile activation.
   • Activate your profile by clicking the link in the email.
2. Profile Completion
   • Log in to the portal using your registered email ID and password.
   • Fill in your educational details (SSC and ITI marks), trade preference, contact address, Aadhaar number, PAN details, and bank information.
   • Upload all supporting documents like:
     • SSC/Matriculation certificate
     • ITI certificate
     • Aadhaar card
     • Caste certificate (if applicable)
     • PwD or Ex-Serviceman certificate (if applicable)
   • Validate your Aadhaar number to complete 100% of the profile setup.
