IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024:India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), established under the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, is fully owned by the Government of India. As a pioneering force in driving banking and financial literacy, IPPB is revolutionizing India’s banking sector by expanding its reach to every corner of the country. With 650 banking outlets across India, IPPB leverages the vast network of the Department of Posts, which includes approximately 1,55,015 post offices and around 3 lakh postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) to provide doorstep banking services.

IPPB is currently seeking to engage 344 Gramin Dak Sevaks from the Department of Posts to perform direct sales and other key activities at various bank locations. The GDS will play a critical role in lead generation, direct sales, business coordination, and driving business growth through the partnership between DoP and IPPB.

Interested and eligible Gramin Dak Sevaks can apply online from 11th October 2024 to 31st October 2024 via the official IPPB website at www.ippbonline.com. No other form of application will be accepted. Eligibility Criteria - IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024

Designation	Age Limit	Minimum Educational Qualification	Minimum Experience	Important Note
Executive	20 to 35 years (as on 01.09.2024)	Graduate in any discipline (Regular/Distance Learning) from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Body	Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)	The applicant should have no vigilance/disciplinary case pending and should not be under punishment at the time of applying.

Pay and Allowances - IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024

The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of ₹ 30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions
& contributions as applicable to the GDSs engaged to IPPB as Executives.
Tax deductions will be done as per IT Act as amended from time to time.
Annual increment of lump-sum pay and incentives based on performance in business
acquisition/sales activities as decided by the Competent Authority.
Further, it is clarified that no other pay/allowances/Bonus etc. shall be paid except those mentioned
in above.

Selection Process for IPPB Executive Recruitment 2024

Merit-Based Selection:
- The primary criterion for selection will be the percentage of marks obtained in graduation. However, IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if deemed necessary.
Tie-Breaking Criteria:
- In cases where two candidates have the same graduation percentage, preference will be given to the candidate with greater seniority in service at the Department of Posts (DoP).
- If both the percentage and seniority are the same, the candidate’s date of birth will be considered, with older candidates given preference.
Accuracy in Graduation Marks:
- Candidates must enter their exact percentage of marks obtained in their graduation, up to two decimal places, as shown on their degree certificate.
- Applications with any discrepancies or inaccuracies in this information will be rejected.
- For those who have received a CGPA, a valid document from the university/institute for CGPA-to-percentage conversion must be provided.
Document Verification:
- Candidates shortlisted based on the circle-wise merit list will be called for document verification.
- During this stage, candidates must provide the following:
  - No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their controlling officer.
  - A statement detailing any major or minor penalties imposed in the last five years.
  - A Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the Divisional Head.
  - Completion of all formalities regarding their relieving process as per their parent organization’s requirements.
General Conditions:
- Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee inclusion in the selection list.
- The final results and the list of candidates who have cleared the various stages of the recruitment process will be published on the official IPPB website.
