Eligibility Criteria

A. Nationality

Applicants must be Indian citizens or meet specific citizenship criteria as laid out in the official notification.

B. Educational Qualifications (As of 30th September 2024)

Each discipline has specific qualifications:

Risk Management	B.E./B.Tech. with 60% marks and Post Graduation in Risk Management or equivalent.
Finance & Investment	Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) or B.Com./M.Com. with relevant qualifications.
Automobile Engineers	B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile Engineering with a minimum of 60%.
Data Analytics	B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or Statistics with knowledge of tools like Power BI.
Legal	Bachelor’s degree in Law with 60% marks.
Generalists	Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks.

Emoluments and Benefits

Basic Pay: ₹50,925, with total emoluments of approximately ₹88,000 per month in metropolitan centers.
Additional benefits include Gratuity, Medical Benefits, National Pension System (NPS), and Performance Linked Incentive (PLI).

Selection Process

The selection process involves:

Online Examination: Objective test covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, and technical knowledge.
Descriptive Test: A 30-minute English test including essay writing and letter writing.
Interview: Based on performance in the online test, candidates will be shortlisted for an interview.
