South Central Railway RRC Apprentices 2025: 4232 Various Post Apply Online

1. Visit the Official Website:
   • Navigate to the South Central Railway (SCR) website: www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in.
   • Click on the link titled “ONLINE ACT APPRENTICE APPLICATION.”
2. Read Instructions:
   • You will be directed to the instructions page.
   • Download the detailed notification and proceed to registration after reviewing all instructions.
3. Registration:
   • Select your state and district of residence (address proof required).
   • Enter a valid mobile number and email ID.
   • Create a password for future logins.
   • Submit the information and verify it using the OTPs sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
4. Filling Application Form:
   • Enter personal details such as community, date of birth, name, father’s name, and educational/technical qualifications.
   • Select your preferences for training locations under South Central Railway. Note: Preferences cannot be modified after submission.
5. Uploading Documents:
   • Upload a recent color photograph (JPEG format, not older than three months, maximum size 1MB).
   • Upload a specimen signature (JPEG format, maximum size 1MB).
   • Upload educational certificates and RDAT registration form in PDF format (maximum size 2MB).
6. Preview and Submission:
   • Review all details carefully before final submission, as no modifications can be made after submission.
   • Click on the Submit button.
   • If applicable, proceed to the payment gateway for the processing fee.
7. Post-Submission:
   • Download or print a copy of the submitted application form for future reference.
   • Use the “Existing User Login” option for further updates or to complete the application process if required.

• Preserve your registration number for future correspondence.

Documents to be Uploaded

1. SSC/10th Class marks sheet.
2. Proof of Date of Birth.
3. Consolidated marks sheet of all ITI semesters/provisional national trade certificate indicating marks.
4. National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT.
5. RDAT registration form.
6. Community certificate (SC/ST as per Annexure-A; OBC as per Annexures B & C).
7. Disability certificate (for PwBD candidates) in the specified format (40% or more disability).
8. EWS certificate (if applicable) as per Annexure-F.
9. Medical certificate signed by a government-authorized doctor (not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon) as per Annexure-G.
10. Discharge/Serving Certificate (for Ex-Servicemen quota candidates).

Note: Original documents must be produced during Document Verification (DV). Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Reasons for Application Rejection

1. Not belonging to the specified state/district (as per Para 1.0).
2. Not meeting the prescribed qualifications (10th Class and ITI in the relevant trade).
3. Incorrectly filled Date of Birth.
4. Uploading an invalid photograph (e.g., black & white, with cap or sunglasses, unclear, disfigured).
5. Signature uploaded in block/capital letters.
6. Incorrect community details.
7. Incorrect marks for 10th and ITI.
8. OBC certificate not issued by a competent authority.
9. Any other irregularities as deemed invalid by RRC/SCR.
